The Friends of the Library are in the process of updating their Articles of Amendment.
There are two items:
- Add: Vice President to the list of officers
- Add: A Friend will abstain from voting when his / her or financial interests are contrary to the interests of the Friends of the Richards Free Library, Inc. to the voting section of Article III.
We will have a meeting at the RFL ballroom on April 4, 2025 at 5 pm to vote on these changes. To read the full Articles of Agreement please see below.
