Writer’s Workshop is a monthly meeting of local adults who love to write! We welcome writers of any genre, interest area, and experience level.
Every month we prepare an (optional) piece of about 500 words based on a prompt we decide at the previous meeting, share our work via email, read them aloud, and then workshop them a little bit.
We also discuss our goals for each month, and basically have some fun. We try to foster a positive and welcoming environment, with constructive criticism sprinkled in amongst thoughts about what is working well.
