Big Library Read!

June 17, 2019

What would you risk for a complete stranger? When widow Millie Sanger finds an injured enemy pilot on her farm, she offers shelter to keep him from being killed. The two forge an unexpected and passionate bond. But consequences of her compassion prove deadly.

From June 17–July 1, booklovers can borrow LP Fergusson’s harrowing wartime love story as an ebook with no waitlists or holds.

Big Library Read is an international reading program that simultaneously connects millions of readers around the world with an ebook through public libraries. A Dangerous Act of Kindness is the 19th selection of this program which began in 2013 and takes place three times per year. Readers can join an online discussion about the book at https://discuss.biglibraryread.com/. The free program runs for two weeks and only requires a Richards Free Library card to get started.

A Dangerous Act of Kindness can be read on all major computers and devices through Libby or libbyapp.com, including iPhone®, iPad®, Android™ phones and tablets and Chromebook™ without waitlists or holds. Through Libby, readers can also “send to Kindle®.” The title will automatically expire at the end of the lending period, and there are no late fees.

Borrow ‘A Dangerous Act of Kindness’ from Libby and join the #BigLibraryRead: biglibraryread.com
