School Resource Officer Shawn Seymour brought Ebbi the Newport police comfort dog to the RFL for some special reading practice time with local kids this Monday. Monday, March 2nd is your chance to celebrate Read Across America day here at the Richards Free Library! Kids can practice their reading by reading aloud to Newport Police Comfort Dog Ebbi between 3 and 4:30 pm, so long as an officer is available to stay!
