The Real Eastern Coyote
The Real Eastern Coyote lecture which was postponed in November has been rescheduled for 7:00 on Thursday, January 24.
The lecture will be presented by Chris Schadler Ms. Schadler is co-founder of the New Hampshire Wildlife Coalition (www.nhwildlifecoalition.org) and the New Hampshire and Vermont Representative for Project Coyote (www.projectcoyote.org). You will learn a great deal while gaining a new appreciation for these beautiful and often misunderstood animals. Chris leads us to a better understanding of coyotes which helps conquer fears, encourage respectful coexistence, and enhance or instill an appreciation for the wildlife around us. Members of the audience will be offered interesting and informative handouts compiled by Project Coyote. The lecture is free and open to all. Refreshments will be served.

Richards Free Library Patrons Have Access To More Than 30,000 Films For Free With Kanopy.
The popular on-demand film streaming service Kanopy is now available for free at Richards Free Library. Library card holders can access Kanopy and sign up to start streaming films instantly by visiting http://newportnh.kanopy.com/. Films can be streamed from any computer, television, mobile device or platform by downloading the Kanopy app for iOS, Android, AppleTV, Chromecast or Roku.
Kanopy provides Richards Free Library patrons with access to films of unique social and cultural value; films that are often difficult or impossible to access elsewhere.
