This Tuesday, May 9th, at 3:15 we are constructing bristle bot bugs that skitter around a table top, powered by an offset motor. Then we’ll see who’s bot stays in the ring the longest! These bots have parts that have to stay at the library, so our bugs will hang out on display at the library for a few days. Check out what these bristle bot buggies might look like!

Join the Richards Free Library winter carnival parade group! This year’s theme is the 1980’s! We are walking as Pacman and his cronies, trying to take a bite out of a good book!
Sign up at the Children’s Desk ASAP! The parade is February 11th. We’ll meet at the high school at 10am, and walk down to the dollar general starting at 11:00am. Adults and families welcome!
